Shipping and Return policy

Sooraya uses USPS delivery for orders, and UPS or FedEx for expedited and rushed orders.

If you are not completely satisfied with a Sooraya purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for purchases:

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Sooraya's discretion.

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Sooraya monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.  

Due to their fragility and sensitive energetic natures, Crystals, Pendants and Mala Prayer Necklaces are final sale.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale. 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please allow between 3 to 4 weeks for exchange to be fully completed.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and recommend returning items with this advised security.
